REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: This policy applies to ALL custom orders. 

All Custom Order sales are FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES for custom orders, unless we make a mistake. In that case, you're order will be fixed/replaced. If you have an issue with your custom order, please contact us directly at ccustomwear@gmail.com or info@ccustomwear.com to discuss this and we can fix the issue. 

Under extreme circumstances, if we ever have to cancel your order, you will be refunded your order amount, minus our merchant fees associated with the order. 

TURNAROUND TIME:

Customer service is #1 for C Custom Wear, so our goal is to get orders processed & ready to ship between 5-7 business days. Larger orders may take longer than the standard 5-7 business days and in some cases, the turnaround time may be even sooner than specified! If you have a specific deadline or you need a rush order, please let us know immediately before placing your order with us!  

COLORS:

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of each product that appears on this site. However, the actual shade of each color that you see may depend on your particular monitor/display, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor/display is an accurate representation of each product color.

While we are not limiting our products to a specific manufacturer, we are priding ourselves on providing our customers with a quality, premium product.
